Established in October Year 2010 as RL FERNANDEZ SECURITY AGENCY, the company went through a major re-organization and APPLIED to change its company name to DTI as MVP MANILA SECURITY AGENCY (following its name of the owner itself, Ms. Maria Vivian Perea Manila) specifically to deal with the stiff competition in the Security Service Industry of the millennium.
Renamed and registered as the new MVPMANILA SECURITY AGENCY INC (MVPMSAI) in August 2013 under the SECURITY & EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC) and in May 2013 under the PNP SUPERVISORY OFFICE FOR SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCIES (PNP-SOSIA), and to other Government Agencies.
