Qualifications & selection process for security (overview)
- Filipino Citizen
- Holder of a Valid & Authentic License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) Card cleared & validated by PNP-SOSIA.
- At least 21 years old to 45 years old for security personnel, 46 years old above – depending on the applicant skills, experience and health status.
- No Physical Deformities and Mental Disorder.
- At least a minimum of High School graduate, College Level & Graduate for Officers respectively.
- At least minimum of 5’2” height for female & 5’6” height for male, unless there is a client reference.
- Holder of any related security & safety training certificates – preferred
- With complete training documents (from the PNP-SOSIA accredited security training center)
- With complete National Clearances & Certifications (like Police Clearances, NBI, etc.)
- With SSS, PHIC, PAG-IBIG membership & Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Diploma & Transcript of Records (TOR)
Guarding system & processes
MVPMANILA SECURITY AGENCY INC (MVPMSAI) has managed its guarding system thru the following discipline:
1. Briefing & Orientation of personnel a week before actual deployment
2. Deploy day-off reliever for every week cycle
3. Initiate Preparatory posting (Shadow guarding) 2 days prior deployment.
4. Reliever briefing & orientation prior to deployment
5. Review on standard patrolling & screening before deployment
6. Fifteen (15) days change shifting cycle (standard)
7. Deployment of GUARD(as emergency reliever) minimum or 6 hours, from point of call.
8. Performance evaluation by the operation on a semi-annual to annual basis
9. Security inspection & update at least twice a week
10. Incident reporting to agency & client within 24 hours or less.
11. Operation response, on-call emergency response, w/in 4-6 hours from point of call.
Security training program & seminars
- MVPMANILA SECURITY AGENCY INC (MVPMSAI) is Conducting security In-house training, seminars, forum, and workshop with different threat & situation, we also conducting emergency preparedness and response seminar on both agency and clients employees for free.
- MVPMSAI places a strong focus on service as we do on security & safety. We regularly meet with our Detachment Supervisors, Office Staff and Security Operation Officials for every project; We do a regular on-site visit and performance evaluation through a Security Service Level Evaluation (SSLE) for every client’s premises. We initiate & conduct Seminars & workshops; to include Bomb Threat Management, Active Shooting, Security Awareness on different types of Modus Operandi, Gun Safety, Report Writing, Customer Service Excellence, Workplace Attitude & related Violence, unarmed defense for security & any related.
- MVPMSAI specially caters training modules as requested by its clientele, mostly of our training were conducted on- site as we may include their employees and front liners, for free.
